Our trainee programme is a structured introduction to the company. Over a period of 9-12 months, you will rotate through various departments and develop a comprehensive understanding of our work processes and corporate culture. We support your personal and professional development through mentoring and training so that you can realise your full potential.

YOUR PROFILE:
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences in a technical field (e.g. process management, production engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, metallurgy, etc.) or you are an HTL graduate with at least 3 years of professional experience
- You have the broadest possible range of interests that are not limited to your area of specialisation
- Above all, you are looking forward to working in teams in different areas of the company
- You are motivated to approach things independently and bring about change
