CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS
Our cooperation is based on clear principles and values. The following Code of Conduct defines the standards of behaviour expected of our suppliers. At BORBET, we not only focus on first-class products, but also on working together in a spirit of partnership and ethics. Please read this code carefully to ensure that our work together is based on trust, integrity and fairness. What can be reported?
Here are some examples:
• theft, bribery and monetary benefits
• fraud, embezzlement
• conflicts of interest
• insider trading
• corruption
• antitrust matters (violation of antitrust and/or competition law)
• money laundering
• manipulation in the context of accounting
• environmental protection
• health, safety at work and operational safety
• offences against data protection
• violations against human rights
• violations of general personal rights (harassment, discrimination, etc.)
The more extensive and detailed your report is, the better it can be investigated.

What happens after we receive your information?
Information received via email, website, telephone or direct conversation with superiors is forwarded to the Compliance Officer by the respective local Compliance Manager and confirmed within 7 working days and processed within 3 months, including questioning and research as well as feedback to the whistleblower. Reports received by the ombudsman are processed within 3 months. The anonymity of the whistleblower and protection against reprisals and retaliation is guaranteed. Only the compliance officers have access to the information.
