
11 TRAINEES GET OFF TO A FLYING START AT BORBET THÜRINGEN
In 2024, BORBET Thüringen will continue to invest in the future and focus on promoting young talent. The company is welcoming 11 young professionals to Bad Langensalza for the start of training on 1 August. They will be trained in the following professions: Electronics technician for industrial engineering, IT specialist for application development, IT specialist for system support, industrial clerk, machine and plant operator and mechatronics technician.Head of Human Resources Karsten Meye joined the trainers and department heads in welcoming the new trainees to Bad Langensalza. "Training young talent is very important to us. We are delighted to welcome so many committed and motivated young talents to the BORBET team again this year and to support them in their professional development," said Karsten Meye.
A varied onboarding programme awaited the new recruits to give them the best possible start. The trainees got to know each other across different professions and gained an initial insight into the production of an alloy wheel.

BORBET SACHSEN WELCOMES 4 NEW TEAM MEMBERS
Four new apprentices started at BORBET Sachsen GmbH in Kodersdorf on August 1st, including one industrial clerk, one industrial mechanic and two mechatronics engineers. HR officer Katrin Witzmann emphasised the importance of promoting young talent and wished the new talents a successful start.
